There are 51 lessons in this unit study. Each lesson can be done in one school day. This manual teaches the states alphabetically, however, feel free to skip around. There are two states that you may want to learn about during Fall and Christmas. These are: Lesson 21 Massachusetts- learn about the Pilgrims and Thanksgiving,  Lesson 23 Minnesota- this state has a fun Christmas project and Lesson 29 New Hampshire- this state has fun fall projects.
